| What are the shipping charges? Are prices of the books all inclusive? |
There are no extra shipping charges for domestic orders. Prices quoted for a book on the website are all inclusive. You only pay the price that is quoted for each book and nothing more.
However, for International Shipping, for economy delivery (within 15 business days), charges are Rs. 300 (approx. $6). For expedited delivery (within 15 business days), charges are Rs. 1000 (approx. $20).

For domestic orders, the books will be shipped within 7 business days.
For International orders, the books are delivered within 7 to 15 business days.

We deliver all over the world. Shipping within India is free while you need to pay for it to ship outside India.

| What do I do incase I receive a defective copy of a book? |
| Incase you receive a defective copy of a book, please contact us within 3 calendar days at contact@serenewoods.com and we shall have it replaced after receiving the defective copy. |
